Maurice Dalton

Maurice Dalton is an economist with extensive experience in health care data analytics. Before joining Yale, Maurice worked at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). He helped build the health data infrastructure at the NBER by implementing modern tools for processing, orchestrating and extracting datasets from large health datasets. While at the NBER, he helped design a network-based algorithm to map U.S. health providers into health systems and worked on several research projects studying productivity in health care. His work has been published in journals such as JAMA, BMJ, Health Affairs.
