Prior to DISSC, she worked as the Program Coordinator for The Justice Collaboratory (JC) at Yale Law School. In that role, she was responsible for coordinating the center’s various research projects, programs and events. While at the JC, Molly managed a cross discipline team that implemented a first of its kind fair chance hiring policy at Yale. She also has various marketing and communications skills including public relations, social media, and web content management experience.
She received her B.A in Global Studies from Assumption College, and an M.P.A. from the University of Connecticut School of Public Policy.
