Philip Waggoner

Philip Waggoner is a computational social scientist with many years of data science and engineering experience in a variety of settings. Before joining Yale, Philip served in roles including Senior Research Scientist in Applied Mathematics and Statistics at the Colorado School of Mines, Director of Data Science at YouGov America, computational social science faculty member at the University of Chicago, and more recently, as Co-Founder and CTO at Mosaic (AI startup).
